Traveller's aid - the iPhone - what it can do for you

I keep finding out new things I can do with my iPhone. First I found out how to add a photo to my list of contacts. Later I learned to ask questions verbally (Siri) and get a text answer. Here are some of my discoveries about problems solved.

1 Save photo of new friend with their email.
click on
home, Phone, Contacts.
Plus sign top right of screen.
Type in First name, type in Last name, type in Company or where you met or your usual friend, Done to be sure you save what you've done so far.

Not to add the photo:
Go back to camera symbol, click on big white circle middle of edge of screen to take a photo.

Go back to contacts: type in their first name or last name, whichever is first in alphabet or least common. Click on their name, click on edit.

Click on add photo (circle on left of their first name).
The screen then shows photos.
Click on choose photo. Your recent photo of the person should be in Moments, or Camera roll.
Click on the photo, put two fingers on centre of screen and if they are in a group photo move their face into the centre. Spread your two fingers on the screen over the head of your friend to make the photo expand larger, then click on choose.

It's great when you meet a new friend and they have no business card, or you have none. It's good for asking somebody called 'John' what is their surname, or if you didn't get the spelling of their company name.
