Comfortable Cover up Swimsuits With Sleeves and Legs to protect you from sunlight, bites and stares

Problem
Out in the tropical sun, any sun, even an overcast day, you are warned to cover up. In Singapore some health sites say no more than ten minutes exposed to the sun on day one.

Your skin goes red. You look at any freckle or mole, wondering if it has enlarged. You see pictures of people with melanoma on the feet, cancer on their arms and faces. A and E departments in hot countries carry posters warning you to cover up. Every year the numbers of people affected goes up because of the increase in population, but the proportion of people affected increases. Whether it's global warming or more leisure time the effect is the same on the issue affecting your choice of cover-up swimsuit.

Answer
I originally bought Waveline swimsuits in Mohammed Mustafa store in Singapore.

Online Shopping
You can see a lot of swimsuits with boylegs which are great if you have heavy thighs, stretch marks or hairy legs. But not much use in protecting your shoulders and chest from sunburn, mosquito bites, or worse.

On figleaves.com I found an attractive swimsuit with boy leg but no shoulder protection.

However, this year for the first time I have seen lots of cover up suits aimed either at women wanting cover-up for cultural and cosmetic reasons or for health and safety.

The first thing you need when searching is to find the magic words to insert in the search box, the effective tabs, and not spend twenty minutes looking through 400+ costumes over 6 or more pages in order to find two or three swimsuits.
