The first version was me with the parasol in the open air in the sun on the balcony.
I tried to lighten it.
So I went with the indoor shot. However, an indoor background looks silly. And it was messy.
So I used an editing device on a samsung phone. I only recently discovered this trick.
First you select the editing icon.
Then swipe to move the icons to your left and reveal what looks like a cloud with a dotted line.
You get three options. One is the pencil letting you draw an oval or something more accurate around the shape you want to select. this can be tricky with a human arm sticking out. the system might want to chop off your arm.
The second photo I uploeaded was edited to cut out the background.
On the phone it looks even more dramatic against a black background.
