In Singapore I can get an underground train in under ten minutes. Ironically, everywhere except the branch to the airport, Changi, where you really want to hurry. In London, England, (not London in Canada), you can get frequent trains from Pinner Met (Metropolitan) line. However, if you don't read the timetable, dilly dally looking for lost doorkeys, repacking your handbag, going back for an umbrella, and miss a train at Hatch End station, at least you have the lovely flowers to look at, especially colourful on a sunny summer day. Britain at its best. If waiting around for trains is not your favrouite thing, you can follow the map on the wall of the platform pictured, reading which is the side for the trains to bustling Watford with its indooreadi shopping mall and many outdoor shops.
