The sign for big or most, like a stick man with outstretched arms, and the sign for six, because the sake has six elements, not just rice and water but four more. Also malt., yeast and terroir, and the rechniqe of the bre master. The brewery and HQ are in Hiroshima. The factory has a shop. THEY ARE THINKING OF STARTING TOURS IN A YEAR OR TWO.
