Secrets of Sake - still and Sparkling!

This is sparkling Sake, slightly cloudy. Invented, introduced by the Japanese when they wanted a Japanese alternative to Champagne. The presentation is attractive.

I liked the traditional sake. 

Daiginjo, notice the Chinese and Japanese symbol for big, a stick man with stretched arms. My favorite of the three I tried. It has an additional aroma.

So if your friends dont like sake but like sparkling wine, to go with sushi, here it is. A good gift.
