The marvellous magical multi-storey fountain is the pioneering pride and joy of Singapore and Sngapore's Changi Airport.
The free to see giant fountain is at the centre of the shopping mall. The mall is like a circle (actually it looks oval from the outside) with the giant multi-storey fountain in the middle.About seven levels, levels, five and two below, depending on whether you consider the car park and ground floor as a level. At night the fountain is lit up with changing colours. The light show adds accompanying music. Free fun for children and adults.
TIME
Allow half an hour, five to ten minutes to walk or take the train, five minutes to see it at one level and photograph one or more of yourself and the family or friends or colleagues. More time to go to the ground floor or the top. Then the walk or train ride back.

I was not mad about the music but I loved the light show, with the giant mult-istorey founrtain in the middle of the atrium changing colours.
We went on the linkway from terminal three. You walk along several travelators. If you have already checked in and have your carry-on suitcase and handbag on a trolley, you have to leave the trolley behind when you reach the entrance to Jewel. In addition to signs telling you to do so, the vertical barriers are too close to gether for the widch of the trolleys.
Getting There
We took a Grab vehicle but you can use the MRT which drops you just below the entrance to the linkway.
