Where do you take Chinese people to eat? I always thought that a Chinese restaurant would be more expensive. It depends who is ordering.

My new friends said they entertain her Chinese family and friends in the Tanglin Club's Tang Yun Cantonese restaurant which is cheaper than elsewhere. Why? Because at a Western meal everybody orders a dish each. However, if you have ten people eating Chinese you, as the host, can order fewer than ten plates to share.

One of my favourites is the Tang Yun restaurant at the Tanglin Club.
We went there for a wedding anniversary meal. They could not supply a piece of cake with a candle.
However, they supplies a Chinese sweet dim sum withthe words Happy Anniversary.
