What am I missing?

If you have the internet you can catch up on previous shows and amusements on Youtube and Facebook. My favourites are:
1 HM The Queen, bust in chocolate.
2 Chocolate clothes and hats at a fashion parade in Paris.
3 Chocolates with different colour surfaces, white, pink, green, striped.
It is also a reminder of what there is to see, not available in your local supermarket:
Chef demonstrations. Children's workshops.
Tips
If you put off going, or get delayed by transport, you may find yourself in a queue (Americans ay line up) to get in. Some of the attractions are timed, such as the chocolate theatres where you sit and listen to talks and hope they will pass around a free sample every twenty minutes. That can take up an hour of your time. And you may want to arrive ten minutes or more early to be sure of getting a seat.
Cash Is Quicker
Remember to take cash for quick purchases. If there's a long line of people waiting to pay, you want to speed things up. Also one seller's staff member may be dealing with cash only to make things quicker. When the next demo is starting in ten minutes, or you promised to meet a member of your family back near the entrance in an hour, you don't want to be waiting for your credit card to be accepted.
Take a spare bag to hold purchases
I was tempted by boxes of this and that for unusual Xmas presents - and one I wanted to hide from the person I was with.
You will want water or fruit or something savoury with you because after the first half hour of both free and bought chocolate you are likely to have overdosed on sugar.
You might also want something to eat later in the day when leaving. Either pack a sandwich, or suss out the local restaurants, or make a point of buying early from any non-chocolate opportunity. I found a fruit and veg stall within the exhibition.
At any exhibition go to the toilet on arrival. An hour or two later you may be caught up in a crowd, and then find the toile has a queue and no toilet paper.
What surprised me? That countries such as France and Belgium were represented, and chocolates from as far away as Asia.
That we have so many chocolate shops in London and all over Britain. That so many chocolate shops also offer even talks and workshops and party venues.
That you can get chocolates made into so many novelties, not just animal shapes for festivals and children, but chocolates for trades.
