Problem
I hadn't planned to go to Italy in November. What can I do?

Answer
It doesn't open until November 15, 2017, but

1 They are promoting to the travel trade at the World Travel Market in London, England, at ExCel on November 6 (Monday) to Wednesday, November 8.

2 The website is already up and running. It looks most interesting like a food festival or exhibition but opens all year. Great. It will have:

Cost? Free entry.
