The chocolates from Pollen were delicious, or Shiok! as they say in Singlish. They included the little tart at the front, pumpkin and cinnamon, white chocolate with fruit centre, and macaroons in blue. I loved the warm pinks and bright orange colours. I suppose for a wedding or event promoting a seasonal theme or company logo you could choose a colour scheme.
But when I went back I learned something even more interesting. The coloured background was also chocolate.
How is it done? Could you do it?
First you need the chocolate colours. Second you need the artistic ability.
Pollen restaurant can do this sort of thing for events such as weddings. I saw and sampled their chocolates at an event promoting Tesla cars, organized by Prudential insurance.
The Pollen restaurant is in the Flower Dome at Gardens By The Bay in Singapore, one of Singapore's top attractions.
