Hong Kong Toastmasters and Roastmasters

Problem
Does Hong Kong have Toastmasters International speakers clubs? If so, how many?
Which should I choose?

Answer
Yes, Hong Kong has about a dozen speakers' clubs which welcome visitors.

If you want to enjoy a Chinese meal, with speeches and conviviality as a bonus, go to Roastmasters - ring them first because they are reserving a table or two at a restaurant. They might accommodate one extra but two individuals or a couple turning up announced can create seating problems.
Choose another club if you don't want to have to pay for a meal.
Choose this club if you are happy to pay for a meal and hungry and want company.

Note Hong Kong is big, an island, Victoria, and the mainland, Kowloon, plus the New Territories. Allow the time and money you will need if you pick a day and a club at a distant point. Or decide to take a taxi to be on time.

Go to website Toastmasters International Find A Club for clubs in Hong Kong and worldwide. Email a day or two in advance to confirm they are meeting and place and time and let them know you are attending.
