To get the heating abk on, you may need to drain all the radiators. Open windows to let out the contents. Open doors to shift out the radiators onto the patio or grass.
New radiators should save money. Look good. Saves the cost and time of repainting.
If you want to repaint, go to DIY store and buy a small pot of touch up paint.
