The Statue of Liberty in New York, USA, is one of the world's most recognizable landmarks.

In the year 1946 in his book, Man's Search For Meaning, the author Viktor E Frankl suggested that a Statue of Responsibility should be built on the West coast of the USA over Alcatraz outside San Francisco.

I was trying to remember Viktor Frankl's name and its spelling for my speech Every Cloud Has Silver Lining. Viktor, like victory, but with a K because Viktor was from Austria. His surname, Frankl, like the surname of Anne Frank with the added l for life, also has the Germanic K.
