What else can you see taking place on the pavement? (Americans say sidewalk.)

In Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. 

Scooters and motorbikes are parked on the pavement. You would not see that in London, England, would you? A biker tells me, "No. You'd be fined straight away."

I saw a toddler in a high chair being given a professional haircut. I've seen roadside barbers in India.
