Problem
You want to drink water. Where can you find water which is safe to drink? At one time everybody was buying water. Now we are being told not to keep buying and throwing away plastic bottles. Re-fill your bottle or flask. But where can you get free water?
It used to be the case that water was free in restaurants and homes. It cost nothing, Water was not metered.
Now all that is changing.
The UK is starting to measure water consumption. Singapore is starting to charge. They have been consulting.
If you are worried about not being able to take water on a plane, stock up with tiny bottle which can be refilled later.

Some hotel lobbies provide free water, free cold drinks or free hot drinks.
