Problem
Easter time is coming up and the shops and supermarkets are full of seasonal eggs and delights which you won't find any other tiem of year. The times of year when the most chocolate is bought are Christmas and Easter. From Easter all the stately homes and attractions are opening, including the factory tours. What a good time to look for some chocolate and a workshop and factory visit. You can sample hocolate and see how it is made in England, America, Belgium, Switzerland, all over the place actually.
CHOCOLATE
ENGLAND
London is full of chocolate shops offering tasting and chocolate and wine pairings and all sort of events througout the year, adveritsied on the walls of the hcocolate shops and details are sent to you if you give them your email.
You can book a birthday party for children or events for adults. I went to a chocolate and wine pairing evening in the basement of a chocolate shop in Marylebone, surrounded by posters and books about chocolate. What we saw was more maps than machines.
I also went to a chocolate show at Olympia where I saw children who had signed up for a class making chocolate lollipips with decorations for faces or abstract pictures. Afterwards I watchd a parade of chocolate dresses and hats. Then I enjoyed a chocolate talk and tasting event in the theatre.

I did the parma ham factory tour in the town of Parma in Italy. I must admit I love Parma ham. it is super thin and has excellent strong flavour. Best eaten with melon which takes away the saltiness.
