Toastmasters Clubs Speaking Spanish

After attending a French speaking group in Singapore I am looking for a Spanish speaking group. Spanish is in my opinion the most easy language to pick up if you speak English, and some French, Latin or Italian. I found a French and Spanish group on Meet up but my primary aim is to find or help start a Spanish speaking Toastmasters group in either London or Singapore.

So far I have found the following Spanish speaking clubs:

There must be some Toastmasters Clubs in Spain and South America. I shall write to Toastmasters International to ask. At the moment they are very busy checking membership renewals for people who want to enter speaking contests worldwide.

If you have the time, need, and money, you can buy 7 manuals in Spanish. (If you start a club you are sent enough manuals to distribute to all members in a package free, so that you can hold your first meeting without delay - but my understanding is you need a minimum number of sign-ups.
